There are six (6) different applications for licensure. Print the paper application packet that meets your needs and review it in its entirety. After reviewing the appropriate application packet, select the online application link and complete the application for submission to the Board.
1. 
Administrator in Training Program (never before licensed): AIT Application packet or Online AIT Application
2. 
Endorsement/Reciprocity (licensed in another state): Endorsement Application packet or Online Endorsement Application
3. 
Universal Recognition of an Occupational License (UROLA): UROLA Application packet or Online UROLA Application
4. 
Temporary Permit (Employing facility has urgent/immediate need for administrator licensed in another state to begin work at the facility): Temporary Permit Application packet or Online Temporary Permit Application
5. 
Reinstatement within 3 – 5 years of lapse: Reinstatement (3-5 yr) Application packet or Online Reinstatement (3-5 yr).
6. 
Reinstatement less than 3 years of lapse: Reinstatement (<3 yr) Application packet or Online Reinstatement (<3 yr) Application.

The "Fresh Start Act", Sections 73-77-1 et seq., Miss. Code Annotated, 2019, allows an individual with a criminal record to petition at any time for a determination of whether the individual’s criminal history disqualifies the individual from obtaining a license.
